| That Dreaded Time of The Month Okay I can be so good until I hit that time of the month. All I want to do is eat and I don't even care about exercise. This is the time every month when I eat like crap because I feel like crap. Does anyone else experience this? I'm trying hard not to cave as I'm approaching that dreaded time again. Can anyone give me some advice on how to get past this? Does anyone else do the same thing as me? I need some help here.
