BeeG is on a distinguished road
I have been eating it plain but after 3 weeks I'm starting to dread opening the tub and seeing the same old watery crud lol yes I am over it. I am going to get adventerous and try a few different mixtures, it should get me thru till I am a skinny minny.
This week has been hard not much action on the scales it gets depressing, but I can definatley start to feel it in my flubbly tummy DH mentioned the other night it looked different lol not smaller but different.
Week 3 consultation tomorrow, I'm alittle over having to go and talk to them it is good if I was struggling or needed to ask anything but usually it is a quick chat and thats it unlike next week which is weigh in (4 weeks). Its a pain to get someone to look after my daughter otherwise a 2 year old can do alot of damage in a cohens centre lol as I found out once and she wont be going back again
To all those first weekers in 3 weeks you wont be starving OMG I use to count down the minutes I could eat usually I could do all my fruit and crispbread allowance by lunch time you could image me at 4.00pm. I forgot 1 piece of fruit yesterday and 3 crispbreads so yah and didnt require to eat as soon as I walked in from work another thing 2 weeks ago I needed too.
Water has been hard the last few days I either forget early and then end up guzzling litres before bed that requires 32 loo trips thru the night or I forgo a litre..I will work towards that this week..it is easier when you are at home tho no one takes notice of how many times I go
Better go and make something nice for lunch..I'm feeling lazy today I'm sure it is going to be a chunk of cucumber and cheese lol I aint a gourmet cook.
Thanks for all the messages girls it is so nice to have people around Australia and the world eating the same as me
Lily:Great smoothie I love things that just get thrown together
Jo: Hang in there chook it is hard but once you see a few weeks hard work it gets easier
Kelly: Whats baymix? Hmm maybe I'm slow. We are going to all be skinny little things..anyone want to borrow my size 10 boob tube
