It doesn't seem to be doing much, I better see like 3 lbs down from what the scale said this morning on Thursday or I'm not going to meet my
goal.
I have been honest with what I am eating and exercising with all my posts, and I hope that I see something soon. On another note, the scale that I have shows your weight,
fat, muscle and water content supposedly from the reading on the scale and even if it's isn't 100% accurate, the
fat #'s going down and the muscle #'s are going up! WOOHOO!
