Okay, a side effect I get, not listed, that is making it very hard to type this - is the shakes. I feel slightly light headed, and my hands shake. The light headed feeling lasted a minute or so, but my hands are still shaking. I get it after exerting myself, not even a heavy exertion - I have just hoovered the hall.

I overate yesterday, and had a normal breakfast, so I can't say that is it lack of food - though my normal response is to eat, as I only get this feeling when I am dieting. Can anyone tell me what causes this and how to get rid of it quickly, as it is really embarrassing if I am at work or something, and it makes it hard to stick to the diet as people start saying that I must be under eating and try to get me to eat more.

By the way, my hands are just slightly trembling now, and I feel a lot better.

Is it something to do with glycogen being burnt off as i am in the second week of a diet? I would have thought given how much I ate for dinner last night that my glycogen stores were probably refilling.

I need to take the dogs for a walk in a minute, and am a little nervous about it.
