| Thanks for the ideas. My new weight!!!
Well everyone yesterday went well. First of all my dad is ok, and second of all I am so proud of myself for sticking to my cohens food. It was a little tough at times but I just kept thinking I want to lose this weight. And yay it has worked one week on from starting cohens I am now 119.7kg. Thanks heaps losing for the ideas my girls are getting excited for me. They are a great inspiration for me to lose the weight.
