Hi thanks for the response. I realize it's an unrealistic
goal. But I have support and the help to make it happen. I don't like spark people to much, I have already started a journal.I workout 7 nights a week.
However why put a limit on a possibility, that could happen? I will try to lose as much as I can before my bday. I don't want to say I cant do 100, but I want to at least try. Thank you though very much I hope to get some motivation from this fantastic forum.
