I'm trying to stay between 1,200 and 1,400 until I get settled into a groove of exercising and eating right. I'll be comfortable anywhere between those two, but I'd like to stay on the 1,200/1,300 end. Which, is going to be hard for me, since my
body is used to
starvation mode, due to the fact that I have some stomach problems and sometimes days on end I just can't eat over 1,000
calories, if that. So I'm trying to get it all straightened out, find foods that I can eat, and stick to a set amount instead of jumping all over the place.
