so good for you!
Woah...20lbs from soda!?! I'm going to try looking that up and seeing, I believe that you can gain fat from it, but 20lbs seems like an aweful lot. (but who knows, could be true)

Thank you photocrazed!! I'm going to wonder over to your journel soon =P

Saturdays update:: Ookay, so I caved in and got a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with mozzeralla sticks. *looks at the floor* er, well, I got them because I skipped the soda bit. And I just happen to like them! Yeh yeh, they're bad for me, I know, but that's a Saturday night thing, not every Saturday either, just here and there. But anyway, I got that and for breakfast I had a yogurt and a gronola bar, but that was around 7am so by 11am I was kinda hungry again, so I ate another gronola bar. But all the calories came to 1,411. Which is high, but it's only 11 over my higher end of 1,400. In my own opinion, I think I did rather well considering any other Saturday I would have just totally pigged out!

Today:: I have no idea what I'm going to eat today. But I'd like to add some veggies and stay below 1,3500 =D
