I was on a good
weight loss role when it came to a hault. I lost around 30
pounds in 2 months. Over the last 2 weeks I am gaining weight. Nothing has changed in my
diet or exersize plan. I am just frustrated that I am no longer losing weight. THis has been my problem in the past and why I quit
dieting before.
