This happens to all of us! I understand the frustration and it is very easy to give up at this point but if you stick with it you will see
weight loss again. I've heard many reasons why our bodies get "stuck". Myself once I noticed this happening to me I had to get back to the basics and really count my
calories and watch what I'm eating again. I also had to try to up my calorie intake a bit. I also changed my workouts. Also remember if you are working out that muscle weighs more then
fat.
Don't give up

You will get over that hump it just may take you a bit to figure out what will help you.
I even heard once that once we get to
weights we may have weighed in the past that our bodies get stuck there too.. True or not I'm not sure

For all the times I've
dieting, loosing and gaining I do not remember all my previous
weights as I usually avoided a scale.
I know with working out if you stick the same routine all the time your
body does get use to it.
Try to change a few things around and see if that helps.
