I think it all depends on how much total you need to loose. In my first months I lost an average of 12lbs and sometime more. But keep in my mind I had 150lbs to loose.. Now that I'm closing in a
goal weight it has slowed way to down to 6 or so lbs a month.
Don't starve yourself, Don't try some miracle
cure, do it the healthy way and it might not be that 35lbs but it will be something and you will feel better about yourself
