Hi I just joined here. wow you were just like I was. I was 230 2yrs ago but now I'm 170. I didn't really do any of the
diet stuff so I never felt like I was on a
diet thats why its so easy for me to stick with it. For me it was simply eliminating certain things...like soda and french fries just 2 name a couple. If you like soda drink
diet you'll get used to it after a few glasses trust me. You can still have your quarter pounder no problem just got to be a bit more active. Check out my website/blog I posted a cool kick boxing routine on it that might help u.
