I'm doing LAWL currently. I've been on the program for 14 weeks or so. I've lost 25
pounds and need to lose another 10 to reach my
goal. I like the bars. I think they're a great way to fill my cravings for chocolate without going crazy. My fave is chocolate mint. Yummmmmmy! If you aren't chocolate freak, then you could probably go without the bars. I didn't bother with the supplements at all. I just ate a lot better. Eliminated junk food. I was pretty strict for the first 12 weeks and have been kinda failing lately. I've lost so much motivation b/c I haven't been losing and people really noticed how much I lost so I felt like I didn't have to keep eating so well. I need a kick in the butt... and the counselors are great for that. If I'd confide in them. I like the program but you are the only one who can make the decision if it's right for you. You seem to be doing well so far.
Don't let the counselors pressure you too much. I know that can happen. Just say no and be done with it ya know. That's my problem too. I feel bad saying no sometimes.
