I'm sure you've done well during this time. It's wise to trust the scales and the clothes, but give it some time. Big lifestyle changes can cause your
body to act weirdly for a while and hormonal things can easily add 4
pounds to your weight in 24 hours, it's all just water, and can go away as fast as it came..
So it doesn't really matter what your weight is today compared to yesterday, but what it is compared to a week, two weeks or a month ago.
Oops, I just noticed that 2/3 me managed to make all my points during the time I was writing this reply.
