I have deviated many times, naughty me I know, and occasionally when i ring the clinic to have a winge about something she'll mention my bloodwork came back with a D meaning deviation... if you have your crackers too close togeather thats a deviation, they never go on about it,,, so don't
stress, you know within yourself if you have devaited or not....
I have never once received an email checklist though.
