I didn't see the 20/20 special but can attest that my counselors never "made" me buy anything. I like the bars so I buy those. Well I bought in bulk at the beginning, quite pricey yes, and will probably not buy again. But I'm glad I did for my weightloss time.

I cook my own food all the time and eat out even. LAWL gives you a whole section on restaurants and what to order and how to count it.

The counselors get commision on what they sell so no kidding they're going to try to sell you but you can always say no. It is very similar to WW but you get one-on-one help instead of group.

Everyone fits into some program or makes up their own.
