What do you like to do? For me, I lift. I hate running and dont know many who disagree.
Diet will make or break you. However you dont need to restrict to the point where you're getting frustrated and unhappy with eating. 4-8 meals is a good way to eat that always keeps you full and helps fight against the after lunch sleepiness.
