I've almost completed my first week following my
detox program exactly and I feel great. I have been losing 1 to 3
pounds a day- not of water or lean
body mass but mostly
fat. This should slow down to about 1/2
pound per day next week.
It's not as hard as I thought it would be. The program uses a type of acupuncture which is beads placed at pressure points behind the ears that you rotate every 2 hours and it signals the brain that you're full so your
body doesn't go into
starvation mode. I was skeptical in the beginning about the whole bead and rotation thing that's why I never used them. I regret it because I would have lost more weight earlier on. I still workout and have more
energy now than when I was scoffing down 9000
calories a day.
Now I'm down to 193 and I don't even remember (or I don't want to remember) being over 240. People are beginning to notice my weight change (although I don’t discuss it not even with family, this is for me) AND yesterday guys were hitting on me for the first time in 3 years!!
