I am so desperate, I would try anything at this point. the book is the biggest scam I have ever succumbed to. There are over 50 guidelines, including getting 15 colonics in the first 30 days, eating only organic foods, and getting daily injections of hcg (human chorionic gonadatrophin)--things i cannot get in this small town. Also drinking 4 different types of tea daily and receiving swedish massages as often as possible and spending your spare time in an infrared sauna. i paid extra for express shipping, and it still took 3 weeks to deliver--it came with a paper stating "absolutely no refunds on books"--I thought there was a money-back guarantee--I am sooo bummed, I feel ridiculous.
