Down 7.4 lbs!! I am now half-way to my next
goal of 135lbs and half-way to my inches lost
goal!!
TRANSLATION: I lost almost 50 pounds since december!!
I can't believe how fast this has happened. One of the best things is that my skin is staying tight. And I owe it to The Firm workouts (the ones with the incline steps). I just went through my daily journal and realized that I burn more weight with those workouts than with my elliptical alone. Most likely because they mix
aerobics and
weights in their workouts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
