There are over 50 guidelines, including getting 15 colonics in the first 30 days, eating only organic foods, and getting daily injections of hcg (human chorionic gonadatrophin)--things i cannot get in this small town. Also drinking 4 different types of tea daily and receiving swedish massages as often as possible and spending your spare time in an infrared sauna. i paid extra for express shipping, and it still took 3 weeks to deliver--it came with a paper stating "absolutely no refunds on books"--I thought there was a money-back guarantee--I am sooo bummed, I feel ridiculous.
I just called ITV's customer service department at 1-978-299-2299 and they said they offer a 30 Money Back Guarantee on his books including the one you would like to return.

When I asked them about the paper you were referring to saying no returns, they clarified that they do not offer a Money Back Guarantee on the 2 free books that they ship (customer pays shipping) because no money was paid for those books.

Hope that clears it up for you. Be sure to give them a call and send it back if you don't like it!
