Thank you both. I started off and on last year around April but didn't go into strict mode until July.I lost my 1st 50 lbs from July-Nov eating 1200 cals and doing lots of walking then the cold weather hit and I have been kind of stuck.
But I am planning to drop this 35lbs-4o lbs over the course of springtime and summer. Goodluck everyone.
