~Try reaching for some sweet, yummy fruit like watermelon, strawberries, grapes or whatever you like when you get the craving for junk food. After just a little while, you'll get so used to it and so happy about the way it makes you feel, you won't want that unhealthy crap weighing you down anymore!~
I know you can reach your
goal if you stick with it, just try to ignore time and just focus on results- losing a lb. or two in a week is cause for celebration ( with some fruit instead of cake, lol )
