Hi guys just thought I'd say I am still travelling fine 5 and a bit weeks into it an I am still going ok. My weight plateaued this week but I did lose 16 cm so as long as those cms keep comming off I am happy!!

I am hoping everyone else here is doing really well. Here in Perth it has been extremely hot and today at 27 it was georgeous weather. I really think that the heat plays havoc with weightloss and fluid retention. I am wondering if any of you feel the same? It is really quite funny this Sunday comming we are going out for lunch to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary. Friends of ours are going too as their anniversary is around the same time. Feb must be a good month for weddings!! Now I have been stressing all week about this, for the reason that while it has all been paid for I don't want to offend anyone by not eating the meal, I am just worried about not being able to have the choice to eat something sensible. I am thinking that if I just order a salad, with a small piece of chicken or steak, I should be fine, then just guage the size with what I normally eat. It is either that or just not go. I am really stuck. I know I won't deviate as it has been too long to ruin it now, but I just don't want to do anything that will put me behind. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it very much..
