To attach the ticker to your signature, I do this:
At the last page after you make your ticker,(on the ticker site) where you get to view it, underneath your ticker, there are URL's in different formats that you can cut and paste into your signature box on the
weight loss forum. I think I used the html format or the bbCode. It says "Cut and paste code for most boards and web pages." So keep an eye out for that. Just cut it and paste it into signature page on your
weight loss forum page, and click preview, that should work.
