My MIL bought this book on ebay just a few weeks ago to see what it was all about...hoping it was something that could really help her. According to what she had heard the
diet was supposed to be easy and low on cost....what a load of bull! Along with the rules that Losin'it2 listed, you also couldn't drink any tap water or even take a bath in it. Needless to say, she relisted the book almost as soon as she got it.
