I wish I had your measurements! If you want flat abs, you can do some work with cables or rubber bands and easily flatten up. You can, of course, do crunches. But you don't need to. Your weight and measurements are great. You should be thankful.
I had a flat stomach in my teens and twenties but you lose that with age. A woman naturally gets sort of round. And there's a change from the teens to the twenties. You usually take on about five pounds and one inch. That's normal.
But weights will tone you up.
I know what you mean about endurance. I don't have much either. Of course, I'm over twice your age. But I never had it. But I can do at least twenty minutes of cardio. I used to do ten and gradually did a few more minutes each day.
You're in good shape. Just work on your cardio and do some weight training or power yoga.
