pounds to lose.. started at 200, want to get down to between 150-65, i weighed myself this morn and i was 197 so i dunno if its the amount of caloried i have been eating or the amount of excersize i have been doing... but 3
pounds in 5 days isnt too bad to start eh... so its working for me so far anyway.. but friday will be tough as its ''take away night'' in our house.. so we shall see then!
But im only weighing myself in 2 weeks time now .. cus i dont wanna get my hopes up and find iv gained weight through storing water or something
