HI there, I agree with fitness trainer. Jogging is very hard on your joints and the elliptical trainer is a great alternative. If you would rather be outside, then speedwalking is a good alternative as well. It's also a lot easier on the joints and you can get your heart rate up just as much, if you do it right. |
