| Yes, it is very expensive, not for the program but just to buy the food. I didn't like it because I couldn't handle eating protien 5-6 times a day. And a lot of the things that I would have to cook my family wouldn't eat so I ended up buying enough groceries for two separate menus, not to mention I was cooking all the time. Hate to be a bummer on this but the program was not for me. It works for some people but didn't work for me, especially financially.
Hope you have better luck on this program than I did. |
