yesterday was a terrible day
I had a sausage at breakfast, but didn't take any bread or anything to try and minimise the damage :P
Then went out for dinner with my bf, and i had a large plate of pasta. Then he encouraged me to have a wafflet hing with ice cream- i shared it with him though and tried not too eat much. Plus i never finished my pasta, i gave it to him. I drank 3 glasses of wine and a vodka as well.
I was depressed today when i realised my weight hadn't dropped but i've actually lost 3
pounds this week anyway
Not feeling too bad now and i was good this morning, had a smallish bowl of porridge.
Never got a chance to excercise yesterday either, other than the walking in town. I feel like it gave my muscles a chance to rest though, so i'll excercise today and it should be fien.
