Rep Power: 30 | | | The short answer No.
Unless you chop year head off you'll never loose 50lb in 11 weeks. You should be aiming at 3lb a week. If you do manage 5lb a week you'll seriously damage your health and also have a greater chance in quickly putting the weight back on and more.
Aim for 2 -3 lb a week and keep it going until you've hit your goal.

Rep Power: 6300 | | | Hey! 230 on 5 feet 11 is a lot smaller than 230 on 5 feet 2 (me!). So don't make it 50 pounds or bust. And remember, the 16 year olds have a higher metabolism than many other people trying to lose weight. Besides relying on parents for food it's supposed to be easier. The other two replies are right, but 20 pounds looks a lot smaller than you're probably thinking, especially if you tone up.
Have a great summer!

Rep Power: 0 | | | 50 lbs is a lot of weight, quickest way i could suggest is split your cardio up . 1st thing in the morning, and after weight training. Keep your carbs low. | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
