maybe you could boost your
calories but decrease
fat by having a breakfast thats not so sugarry ( i think i read you have honey nut flakes) .. something like oatmeal/porridge. its really filling and i never need to eat until at least 1.30 ish when i ve had it for breakfast. if you find it too savoury then add a tea spoon of honey or jam. its more
calories but then prevents any snackiness so is better in the long run.
