I know I will get smited by the gods of weight loss for this - but Im over 40 now and it's been easier now than when i was in my 30s - primary reason is mindset - as long as you've got the right mindset to make the necessary changes - then age really doesn't matter.
Ditto. It was the same for me. I changed to healthier foods and drinks, cutting back on booze, and to exercising for fitness. I don't even like calorie counting - when I tried it, it started to take over my life. As for 'dieting' - I don't like it when people ask me 'how long have you dieted?'. I don't diet, I live.
