THOSE little baggies are what got me into this mess in the first place!!!!!
No...seriously, it's all good stuff. But you'll see as I progress that the food combinations are somewhat unusual and not at all desirable every day. I don't know the science behind it..but they combine certain foods and then put certain TYPES of
calories in a particular order mixing them up continually. It supposedly confuses your
body and you burn
fat. Daily LIGHT
cardio is also essential, but you can't kick your
heart rate up too much or you'll burn muscle. It suggests fast walking and stuff like that. sloooooooowwwwww burn.
But 9
pounds in 11 days...that's a tall order! We shall see!!!
