| Jenny I hope this works for you, but if you can't, simple walking is the best thing for you, start slow and try to work up to an hour of walking, then as you get in better shape try to get more distance within that hour. I started about a month ago and was terribly out of shape now i walk 4 miles in an hour and once i hit 240lbs i am going to start jogging or running hills. You can do it, you will be amazed once you start and continue for at least a month the progress and how much better you will feel. |
