My sister n law is on this program and has lost 12
pounds in two weeks. She has really lost more inches than
pounds. She's having a little trouble losing her weight on top.
She said the main thing with this program is that you have to be able to add a little here and there for a variation. She had to do the one with the low sodium. She at like rice, and chicken, and ground meat. She would add a spoon of this or that to stuff to keep it from tasting so blah but still was able to lose the weight with adding a few varations on her own.
