Yesterday, I thought what I ate that day was dreadful. If I take out the ice cream or crisps, it doesnt seem that bad. I had things that are good for me. Bread, beans, fish, cheese, vegies, fruit. I'd have been happier if I did more exercise, so I'm gonna try it today.
So far I've had one slice of white bread, half a can (200grams) of plum tomatoes, a 200ml glass of milk and an apple that i mostly shared with my dog.
Out comes the calculator again. Roughly 275. If I don't know the exact amount, I usually round it off to the nearest suitable number. So, 280. That way, I don't end up eating more
calories than I should, but less.
Whats for lunch? I'm gonna have a look around for a nice
recipe. I wouldn't mind trying something new.
