Half a ham sandwich, one jacobs cracker with a bit of peanut butter.

Feeling blah about breakfast. Tomorrow I'll have less calories.

Everything adds up to 500 now.

For dinner is hot pot, meat, veges.. lalala.

Tomorrow for dinner, I'm going to have frozen veggies(obviously cooked) and rice. Not so much rice, just a bit.
