I DID learn something though: Around 4pm-5pm I get super hungry super quickly and thats when I tend to begin the downwards spiral of eating for the day...Sooooo...I should have some ready made (yummy) food to eat. I did cook fish this morning that I planned for dinner, but 4pm rolled around and fish didn't sound so great...So tomorrow I plan to NOT eat junk in the afternoon, I will fight through it. lol
Bought lots of fresh fruits and veggies though too, the tv dinner was the only bad buy

Does anyone use the Dietpower program?? I really like it as a quick way to record
calories and keep track of exercise, I also like getting a letter grade for the quality of my food (not just the quantity)
