lol, i just thought of something very mean.... Next time just ask her to stand still and bounce the ball off her head. It'll take the focus off of her hand and you'll get a fairly good game going with yourself.
Nah, just sounds like you need better competition! I have the same problem too when I play tennis or when I
used to play tennis I should say. Maybe you should find a place with a serve machine.
