had my pizza - two slices of Canadian and a vegitarian slice. YUM. Definitely full for the night, I also had some green beans, tomato slices, strawberries and cucumber slices - more out of boredom than
hunger but fruits and veggies are good boredom snacks
Tomorrow I have to suffer through "well being" seminars, one of them is 25 minutes about sunscreen...what the heck? WEAR IT! That's all they need to say...lol

Had a SMALL handful of party mix and then gave it away so I couldn't eat it anymore (I've had the big bag in the cupboard all week) lol. No more temptation. Am now drinking alcohol in flavoured water....(vodka water) lol...low cal alcoholic beverage, YUM
