Cool Lawl

Hi, I started LAWL in Aug of 2006. I weighed 264 and I am now at 203. I have lost a total of 30 inches overall. I do like the bars, its like my candy for the day. I don't do the supplements or the take-off. The plan has helped me make better food choices, I am free to eat anything I want. I have to figure it in to the plan I am on, but anything goes!!

I am stuck on a plateau right now and was told I exercised too much for the amount I took in. They moved me back to my original plan that has an extra starch and half protein. I drink the 72oz of water a day. Hopefully they do know what they are talking about with the excercise, I do not want to put any back on.

Right now I ride my bike or walk for 5 hours a week. Does anyone know if the added food will help if I continue to exercise like I have been?
