Personal Trainer Help

So I have been wondering if I should invest the time and money into a personal trainer. I have had one before but she often fell short and though I liked to be pushed if I feel overwhelmed then it is harder for me to stick to. I am not one to be in the gym 7 days a week and I need to balance everything with my crazy schedule, my family and my personal time!!!
So with that said I a wondering if there are any online options.... that are affordable. Someone to chat with who will give me more one on one support and can design programs for me and that I can feel accountable to.
Anyone have experience with anything like that? How has it been? Anyone know someone good I can go to?
Thanks for the help
