I dont think a personally neccessarily has to walk a mile in our shoes before they're able to help.. However I wold kick to the curb any trainer that claimed it was easy and "all youo have to do is.... " Weight loss is as simple as using more calories than you take in - easy - right... theoretically it might be easy but there's a mindset that has to be changed first..

there are personal trainers who do work at maintaining their bodies they might nto have started out overweight or obese but they weren't born with a six pack...
