AHHH!! Like 30 minutes after I dropped off my forms to be an emergency supply teacher (just for may/june) THEY CALLED ME! AHHH! I taught grade 1 this afternoon!! It was fun! lol
Food wise I still have only eaten the Mc D's, but am BBQ's steak and cooking some green beans for dinner, so won't have another food crash!
Tomorrow no walkign as I'll be at Toyota all day, but I consider that to be exercise enough - as it's basically on my feet walking for 8 hours. lol.
AND since I'm there all day I make lunch tonight meaning I can plan a nice healthy day of food

1/2 rib steak (barely any...it was fatty and hard to cut the
fat out...blech!)
Carrots (boiled)
Corn (boiled)
14 ounces of water - haven't had much to drink today...
Goals:
GET BACK TO WHERE I WAS 2 days ago!!
1. Drink more water daily
2. Plan meals ahead of time so they are healthier choices
3. Walk!
