My diet plan is very simple, & came about by accident. All of a sudden on Aug 13 Th., I said to myself; your killing yourself the way you are living (with food). Since I start diet after diet & quit within a few days, this had to be differnt. I had to change all the things I was doing in excess. I don't know how or why but I decided to make one change at a time. It did not have to be something to lose weight even though that would be the ultimate goal. The change had to be big, & I would give up that item for 2 weeks. At the end of two weeks if I can handle that item like a normal person I can go back to having it. If not I would continue not to have it. At the end of the two weeks I would ad something new to give up. Or to ad to my life style to make it more healthy. The first thing I gave up was diet soda. I was having a Min. of a 12 pack a day. That was on Aug. 15 Th. As of right now I have not felt I can handle having it like a normal person so I have not had any since then. The real exciting thing was at the end of 2 weeks, when I had to make another change to better my life, as soon as I started the second item (which was giving up sugar) the diet soda was no longer an issue. All I had to deal with was not having sugar. I have continued changing my life every two weeks since then. It seems like a long time but it has only been 79 days since then. I can get into more detail latter if you want. Excuse all of my spelling mistakes.
