| I thought there were a few positive things you can take away from his book, like drinking clean water and taking better supplements, but otherwise I thought it was overwhelming. I'm all for living a healthier, more natural lifestyle, but he tells you to do so many things that it's impossible for anyone to live up to his standards (not all of which are scientifically accurate), which might discourage people from making any positive changes. And I really have a hard time when authors use the word "Folks..." like some cheesy infomercial every other paragraph... |
