The best thing to do is to either consistently weigh yourself the same time of day each day, you can pop those numbers into Excel or another spreadsheet and graph your progress to see an overall down trend... or you can just weigh yourself once a week at the same time.
The scale is accurate as long as it's calibrated, you weigh what you weigh, just know that can fluctuate. Your
body is a system with many ins and outs.
