I have an 18 month old and I'm still trying to get back to my prepregnancy weight. I don't know what
diet you are on or what your workout is but here is mine. I'm still nursing my daughter so I can't go too low on
calories or carbs.
As of Nov 1st. this is what I do.
I have between 1300-1700
calories per day.
I have about 50-60 carbs per day.
My workout consists 45min - 1hr of
cardio, with my
heart rate around 155 bpm, atleast once a day but mostly a.m. and p.m. because I'm in a challenge on the newbie forum on the blue team.
